Lakeview Athletics is pleased to announce our first Male & Female Athlete of the Month. This award is presented to a male and female athlete for outstanding performance and sportsmanship in a sport. Dayveon Rupert was a Wrestling All-City Champion, All-Conference Champion, All-District Champion, and All-Region Champion, and made All-State Honors placing 5th overall. He made the leaderboard on first takedowns, placing 10th in school history. Dayveon has been a two-year captain who showed up every day, worked hard, dedicating himself to improving himself and those around him. He continually seeks our opportunities to better himself and Lakeview’s wrestling program. Camille Oxley was a Girls Basketball All-City Team member and 1st Team All-Conference Member. She received the Most Valuable Player Award. She is a leader and a positive role model for her teammates.
